Replying to New binding (FKS,pivots etc ?) need help !

Hey Nser's so im currently riding Marker squirre 11 and they are near dead, Im 5,9ish and 185ish so they hold on pretty good for 2 years but now i need change they are just not good for me anymore.

So i saw alot on people riding the FKS/Pivot or whatever (STH or something?).  Actually i dont know a shit about binding, can someone explain me wath's good on them more then other bindings ? Do they kinda like turn or something when your foot isn't in the binding ,why ? how do you change the brake on them ? etc...
I want to keep these binding for real long (if I like them) so it's a longterm investement so i really want to make a good choice ! Another thing I Would like to know is are they Ligth ? ( i liked my Squirre alot cause of the lightweight)

Soooo wich of these binding should i get and what the difference between them ?
