Why are some pro's dicks?

There are a load of threads on here saying people like Dumont are dicks. All experiences i have had meeting pros have been great! Am i the only one?

Bene Mayr is a really cool guy. He chatted for a bit and didn't seem in a rush to head off. Just really level headed and sound. Paddy Graham is funny as hell. Just seems really baked.
