I'm going to return a pair of boots that I got for Christmas. I've worn them 4 times outside and they look perfect. The soles have a little bit of dust and some minuscule marks that I think I could get rid of.
Do these companies really check that hard to make sure the boot is in absolute perfect condition in order to validate the return?
