can you ski? yes.
can you hit jumps? yes.
can you spin on jumps? yes.
can you do rails? yes.
should you do anything park related? probably not.
give it 3 weeks at least before you go back to jumps and rails.
and to the guys saying you use your collarbone in skiing, no, you don't. seriously...? you don't use your BONES to move. you use your muscles. and all that "torso movement" you're talking about is your core muscles, along with possibly using some momentum from your upper body and/or your hips. you could easily spin around on rails and jumps with a broken collarbone. it'd be a bit awkward with the sling on... and the impact from the landings of the jumps would hurt until the bone started to heal, however it's perfectly possible. just not recommended.
i'd just stick to cruising.
