Replying to Driving Laws

I have a Junior Operators License in Massachusetts, which means that I can not drive between 12:30-5 AM and can not have any passengers under 21 (besides family) in the car with me. However, the passenger restriction is not listed on the back of the license. What I am wondering is if I still have to obey this regulation in other states. For example, in New Hampshire, where I will be going skiing, the law states that you may have 1 passenger. So, my question is, am I under Massachusetts or New Hampshire law when driving in New Hampshire with a Mass license?
