what is the best spine protector and why is it better over the others on the market?

There is no 'best' one. Some better than others but all could save you at least just barely. People have told me they liked poc really well but I'm going with slytech 2nd skin xt lite. I've heard it's more flexy but just as protective. (I wanted something that wasn't as restrictive so I could still easily maneuver)

And I've heard great things about slytech. It is a little pricy but your life and being able to walk is VERY valuable and is impossible to put a price on. Hope I helped at least a little!
