Ski Bindings

I am looking into buying new bindings. I have rossi bindings right now, not sure the name, but i am going to ride surface no times size 172. I have 5 8 and 160 pounds. I want to buy light bindings due to that i ride basically 100% park and that wont break all the time. Also trying them to be affordable. Thanks for helping me out.

i would get some px12s. You can normally get em new from evo for like $120 with one of their coupons/sales and they are a good binding.

They are plastic so they wont be super heavy. griffons are light but more expensive. I dont know the weight but check for the head/tyrolia peak12s or mojo12s. It might be 13, im not sure

Evo also has squires for $120 but i havent heard too many reviews on them

The px14 will have a reinforced heel track that will be less likely to break. It has metal brackets holding the heel track together.

im 6ft and around 160 pounds too and i ride on squires on my park skis, theyre super light, were pretty cheap and i have had minimal problems on them for over 2 seasons now. people say they arent durable but i havent had any problems and asked my local shop and they have had minimal returns and issues with them of late.
some others to look at would be

Look PX 12/Dynastar PX12/ PX12 jib, Rossignol FKS 120, Head Mojo/ Tyrolia Peak/ Amplid (all the same), Rossignol Axial 120. Salomon STH 12, Rossi SAS 120 and Rossi Axial2 120

I don't think I will ever ride anything other than Tyrolia/4frnt/Head bindings. They are super durable, are pretty safe (from what I've heard. Multi-directional release and stuff like that), not crazy heavy and I feel super secure in them. Granted I'm using 4frnt Deadbolt 18's (i'm 6'4", 265lbs). All metal goodness.

Px12s are much better bindings than squire. Theres plenty more metal in px12s than described before. Do yourself a favor and DONT buy a pair of marker bindings unless they cost $300+. thats when marker's quality gets real.

Yep, the Axial2 120/PX 12 are my favourite low din, price point binding on the market
