Urban rail website

There was a website posted in this regional years ago i think. about a website of the midwest and urban rails. It was not the google maps thread it was a actual website of the rails. Can someone help me find that. thanks!

im pretty sure the one youre thinking about is findhandrails.com, made by andy paskov and had a lot of midwest rails shown. Idk what happened to it.. pretty sure its not up anymore
