How do you guys shoot ektar 100?

for landscape, day to day shooting what do you push your ektar 100 to?

If you want right colours and better hadow detail id overexposed it by 1/2 to a full stop, but develop normally. I find a lot of Kodak colour films to be pretty neutral when shot at box speed.
