if you get a potato or 2, can cut it into roughly 1cm cubes, maybe cut up an onion to match, add olive oil and every seasoning you can find, put in pan, bake on like 450 for 20 or so minutes. you can make some stellar homefries.
its so easy, and if youre good you can get a lot done while theyre making (such as making french toast and bacon)

i make them twice a week, leftovers for the next day.

i love breakfast and i love potatoes

true, I guess what i meant was specifically 1 food or ingrediant i guess, but not having ketchup or gravy would make potatos not that good.
