I had the suite with the crack downloaded a while back but was having glitching issues in premiere so i deleted it all and I am trying to redownload the trial and it will not work. Every time i try to install it either it wont start, will say error 102, or just stop at 99%
I dont know what i need to do to make it work. Help please
i checked out the help adobe has to offer and i have sufficient disk space and i am pretty usre I uninstalled the programs properly,(would there be a way to find out if i didnt?) when I search for them in the finder nothing shows up. So I believe all of the old files have been deleted and the trash is empty, yet it still wont work.
make sure you delete your application support files for adobe. This is where it will tell itself if it is a full copy or not, if it has been installed, etc. The adobe uninstaller does not delete these files. If you have an external with time machine, you can also restore these files from a date that they were working and everything will work (you will need to do the applications too since you deleted them)
mac hd - library - application support - adobe (can't do arrows because of the way ns reads it)
the whole folder. The other files would be in your application folder, and either way you need to delete the ones on the first path, but if you have an external you can get them back without redoing the entire installation (assuming you had it backed up when it worked properly)
