Summary - dental practitioner fired dental assistant because she was tempting him to be unfaithful in his marriage. The assistant was not interested in him.
My take:
So fucked up. What this says is
1.) men can't control themselves. = Nope! Wrong! People should be held accountable for their actions ad not put the blame on other people.
2.) Men have the right to not be tempted and be comfortable with the way women around them look, but the women around them don't have the right to dress and even look a certain way. To the point where you can lose your job over it.
3.) This excuse could be used in the future to manipulate women in the workplace.
4.) His temptation was the womans fault... wtf no that is your fault man.
5.) That he as a man had so much power over this woman and her body, that even though she was not interested, he could have done sexual things with her that would ruin his marriage.. sexual assault/ rape much? But okay, we'll fire this woman so you don't grab her ass like you have the right as a man to do...
Gahh so many other problems...
