My friend just opened a pizza place in Boulder

You should check it out. It's called Boss Lady Pizza. The girl who started it is super awesome, and their pizza's are going to be amazing.

Mac & Cheese
Philly
Chicken and Waffle
Steak Nacho
etc.

The address is 1129 13th Street in Boulder, right off the campus. Right next to the Jimmy John's.


If you happen to be from Wisconsin, she used to work at Ian's in Madison, and was inspired by them!

Looks delish. What kind of crust do they specialize in? It seems out west the flatbread/thin crust is huge. Detroit has amazing square deep dishes like chitown so I'm mostly accmmodated to somewhat thick crust. But thin crust is good shit, too. Some of those pizzas looked absurdly good.
