I was reading up on nutmeg hallucinogenic experiences on Erowid. A lot of people either didn't like the experience or experienced headaches, stomach aches and general nausea for up to about three days. However, those who went in with a modest dose well hydrated and continued to hydrate reported a positive experience. Who has experimented with nutmeg? How much and how was it?
