How to Protect a Signature

Hey guys,
Last year I won a contest, and got some skis signed by Jossi Wells. I didn't use them last year because I didn't want to buy bindings, but this year they are ready to go, and I'm heading to Keystone and Breck tomorrow (I live in Michigan) I was wondering what to put over it to protect it, so the signature doesn't just wash off. Thanks.

IDK. ideally you'd hang them on your wall and buy beater skis to ride.

it worked when I had a signature on my soccer cleats. Wasn't even trying to be a dick sorry dude.

Get 3m adhesive protective sheets... It's used to cover painted parts of cars from rocks and crap you get some off amazon really cheep like $5

I actually thought that would work too. Clear nail polish should work, I used it on a longboard. Nail polish REMOVER on the other hand...

nail polish would work, i think the kid tried nail polish remover hahahahah

if its permanent marker, clear nail polish over the top does the job, if its a whiteboard marker then wouldnt know

If you really are that worries about saving the signature don't even ski on them. Even with something that works well to protect the signature it will eventually chip off while you are skiing.

Idiot used nail polish remover...

Just use a clear sticker, that 3M wrap stuff you get at stationary stores.

wuchu wanna do is slap a bit of kerosene on dare and if you take a lighter to it and it should stay out of harms way for a while

this guys got you. i had a baseball covered in sigs that i doused in kerosene and used a lighter to heat it up and it was perfect when it dried

I didn't use Nail Polish Remover guys, I used clear nail polish, and its a Sharpie Marker. I only put on a little bit to see if it would work, and it made it rub off.

Sorry to tell you buddy but I had Twalls signature on my skis back in 09' in sharpie and it lasted about a month but then really just faded right off.
