As a math teacher, I would not give you an extra assignment. My classroom isnt like America where there are handouts.

I mean, talk to your professor. Offer to do an extra assignment or whatever. If you have been going to office hours all semester, and making every effort you can to do your best in the class and he knows that, he's more likely to bump you. If he won't do it, don't complain. Just learn from this experience and next semester do office hours, get to know your professor, yada yada. I got a 71% in my organic chemistry 2 course and got an A- /claim hahahaha.
