Tips to complete the rotation of my frontflip...

So I need some tips to land my frontflip...

Sometimes I did like 3/4 of the spin, or 7/8 of it..
But sometime I can complete the rotation, but when I start my rotation I lost one of my skis.

real advise: start the flip with your arms up and throw them downward. for frontflips you can get a lot of extra momentum using your arms, but dont get in the habit of doing that for other flips and spins.

also, if you think youre spinning as fast as you can but still arent making it, try a bigger jump.

Well your skis come off on the lip because your taking off too early. Don't do that. Be patient. Then pop UP! Like your doing a superman. Then get in that tuck. The stronger your takeoff, the better/faster your flip will come around.

No that's dumb. Backflips are so easy a 10 year old can do them. I'd say pop a little harder with the foot you kick off of to get your rotation around

I've never tried a front yet but ... How the hell do your skis come off? If its like a trampoline you just throw your body forward skis should stay attached, no?

hahahaha this is the best post you have made for sure. i can relate, it fucking hurts. worst shinbang of my life definitely came from underrotating a couple frontflips in a row. felt like my legs were broken lol

But an underrotated frontflip is a thousand times better than an overrotated frontflip.

OP - keep your hands in front of you. My guess is you're inadvertently dropping your hands behind you for safety, and it's stopping your rotation.

Make sure you pop with your toes, not heels, and that you pop while you're still on the lip.
Otherwise, it's way harder to start the rotation.
Work on "snapping" a superman into flip on trampoline so you get the feel of the flip.
Backdrop to backdrop frontflips on tramp also help.

pop more. I have seen a lot of skiers in edits doing like the no pop and just throw my face forward. make sure you pop.

Frontflips suck and I hate them so you should never do them. Huck a backy. They're easier, way cool, plus bitches love them.
