Marker Squire Troubles

For some reason my I cant pop into my bindings by just stepping down, I have to pull the back up.  My friend has them too and he has the same problem. Any thoughts?

I've never had that happen to me. What bindings do you have?

Also, take them back to the shop that mounted them or another nearby shop to get them fixed up.
