Replying to Binding and mounting question for on3p jeronimo's

fmi1:
Just picked up a pair on 176 on3p jeronimo's. I was hoping to get some mounting and binding advice so I can get on these killers real fast.

Binding: I'm 5'11 175 lbs and I usually ski at a din of 8.5. I think I've narrowed it down to 2 options. The marker griffon din 4-13 $229 and the fks 140 din 5-14 $299. I'm leaning towards the griffon just because its a decent amount cheaper. But, I would also be open to the fks if the extra cash is going to get me a much better binding.

Mounting: I know the jeronimo is a park/all-mountain ski. However, I'll be using them more for all-mountain and less for park/switch riding. So, I guess where should I be mounting these for best all-mountain performance. On3p recommends -4 back, but I've read from some others on here that have recommended no further back then -2. So, I'm a little unsure of what I want to do.

Really appreciate the help and opinions. Powder xmas wishes to all.
