Idk if that link will work for anyone to check it out. Hopefully. Nobody really plays it anymore but I made this park about a month ago. Has some pretty ridiculous lines.


If you still play skate and want to check it out go for it. The main set of parks are just filled with shitty parks people just threw together but have been up there forever and are at the top. Decided to make one I liked.

I agree. I didn't own an xbox while any of them were new. They already have the physics and everything set. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to make a new game and there would def be a market for it.


Oh well.

I can remember downloading a demo of Skate onto my xbox's hard drive in 8th grade (around 2007) when the Skate series was first spawned. I was instantly being hooked on the game. I picked up the game immediately. Many of my friends also had the game and we would play (even if it was just a free skate) together online. It was the shit. We were also all into skateboarding back then so it couldn't have happened at a better time

Then skate 2 came out and you could get off your board. and skate 3 just really polished up the physics of the game altogether(although i thought the map was the worst yet)
I guess that they don't have enough ways to improve the game to warrant a "skate 4" or maybe EA simply doesn't have the budget for it.

They should release a version of skate 3 with the same engine just a new map/storyline; A skate 3.5 if you will

Well considering they charge you 10 bucks just to play online for each game. Greedy bastards. I think that made me hate EA. And I played there games for a long time. Also how much does it cost when you're simply updating small pieces of a game every year and selling it for 50-60 bucks. I bet it's a hell of a lot easier than making entirely new games.


I played a lot of the games, wasn't really into skate at first after playing all the tony hawks for years. Really just started to get good at it the last year or two.(I didin't own an xbox) I played xbox almost every night while drinking at a buddies but he wasn't a fan of skate, eventually ended up just playing COD all the time.

At least the new GTA is finally happening. I remember asking one of the guys at gamestop before I bought 4(it wasn't new) He was like, honestly, probably never happening.
