CIUDAD VICTORIA, Mexico -
Video captured by closed-circuit television shows the damage caused by an explosion at a natural gas pipeline distribution center in Mexico.
The explosion at the plant, which is near the border with the United States, happened on September 18, 2012 and left nearly 30 dead and more than 40 injured.
The fire forced evacuations of people in nearby ranches and homes.
At the time, company executives said there was a gas leak, followed by an explosion.
