Honestly just get a crew together and have fun. If you guys push each other to progress you will get better and in turn get paid. Just my 2 cents

I don't get why people hate on OP..OP I have an idea since you aren't an expert at freeskiing I say you make webisodes of you learning and trying new tricks like for example you go to the local skyzone or on your own tramp and learn to backflip, then take it to snow and make a webisode of the process (fails included) I had this idea but I have nobody to film me :( seriously that would be a big hit on NS

First of all, You have to be good enough to be worth filming. That means you and your buddies have to huck your heart out on big features with style. You might land something, so make sure to constantly film. When you do, post the videos up here after you learn how to edit, and popularity will follow. It's pretty simple. The first step is for you and your crew to step your game up and stomp big shit.

for tips on editing, look at evan williams edits. such as dales spring edit from a while ago. its somewhat old, but its still pretty sick. he somehow throws together edits with a nice flow to them.

I respect all backyard setups, but please don't post a video of it until it's finished.

I recommend getting a longer rail, setting it at least a foot higher, and making a much faster drop in so you can try spinning, swapping, pressing, ANYTHING to progress your skills.

Don't worry about making videos or getting good pictures. Put all your time into making tshirts and hyping them up. IF you do decide to make an edit be sure to add the coolest effects that windows movie maker offers. Also be a dick to any other crew on the hill. If you start a turf war and win, you can be the new crew of that mountain.
