From what I read on Freeskier the injury occurred on her official second run not the rerun cause by the botched camera work.
Official run 1: Camera guy fucks up.
Run 1 rerun: She fell on the wall ride.
Official Run 2: Cased last jump = blown knee.
Still regardless of why this happened its shitty. Yes some fault lies with Allisports and the Dew Tour for not postponing the competition. However this is a double edged sword. Why did she not deem the conditions unsafe and choose not to take her run? I highly doubt someone from Alli or NBC told her she had to take her run. An Athlete should know when conditions are unsafe and when to perform and when not to perform.
Look back on Xgames a few years ago when Jon and Tanner both withdrew from the slopestyle competition because they deemed the course unsafe. Sure you can blame it on them being old and not wanting to loose to the younger generation, I myself realize that they were smart about what they would put themselves through. They had concerns, and they acted on them.
What I'm trying to say is the blame doesn't fall on just one party here. To pile everything on the shoulders of Alli and NBC is wrong. Emillia being an athlete should have realized an unsafe course/unsafe conditions, refused to run and dropped out. Personally I would choose not to compete if it meant possible saving myself from a season/carrier ending injury.
That's my opinion though, and I know I'm going to get hate for it.
