Replying to Warm Gloves

Okay this has probably been mentioned before but like seriously I need some gloves that are insanely warm. My fingers are like long and slender. Perfect for getting immensely cold in the winter because of this. So what I'm asking is I'm tired of buying gloves and having my hands freeze after like 3 hours of skiing. I need something that will be able to keep me warm for up to 12 hours of skiing at a time. Anything anyone knows of that will do the trick?
