Photoshop Ribbon

Ive been looking online for a tutorial on how to make a ribbon in photoshop but I can't find a good one. I want to use the ribbon in my vimeo thumbnails. Does anyone know how to make a classic ribbon in photoshop or have experience making one for vimeo? +K for help! Thanks

I wouldnt want to make a ribbon in photoshop, look up some illustrator tutorials
