Replying to Blame the schools, blame the gun laws, but we are all pointing the finger in the wrong area.

Everyone today is going off on a rant about how guns are the problem, or video games and this and that. But really we need to step back from the situation and see why these situations are happening. Sure these are all contributing factors for correlation, but there isn't any proof that's its the causation for these things. However, what separates you and I from being someone that snaps and does a shooting?

The answer lies in the fact that psychiatric help and evaluations are not use nor are they up to where they should be in getting people the help they need. Take away the guns and you still have the people who need help. Some on the verge of a breaking point where they snap and lash out. Seriously, these people need help. Yet every year we cut funds for programs like this. But everyone feels that they need to push a political or social point everything one of these shootings happen. And I know that its hypocritical to make a statement like this, but seriously its always the last stone turned. /End rant.
