Replying to Binding (possible) problem.

I have Salomon STH Driver bindings and I just got them mounted dead center on a fresh new pair of skis.

The heel piece(s) seems a little loose, as in I can rattle it a tiny amount, should this be a problem? Is there anything I can do myself to maybe fix it if it is a problem?

Also, when they installed them, they didn't alter the DINs at all even though they asked for my weight when they installed them. I have never used them before so the DINs are still at the minimum setting.

Should I complain and maybe reap some compensation? Or what that just be a dick move.
