Poll of ideas for rails

Might end up making 2, 21 foot long single tubes, one with a donkey dink. Thinking of making them the same other than that.

Lame to have 2 very similar rails when you don't have a ton even with the donkey at the end of one?

make them both with a donkey falice, because you could just flip them and have it at the start which you wouldn't hit if you got tired or it, but could set them up in ways that could utilize both

You should make a collapsible donkey dick, almost like a collapsible stock on a gun. Just need a hinge and a way to lock it in place. Best of BOTH worlds.

That would be a strange looking rail though. I thought about that though and it would work. Just want a more centerpiece rail to look nice.

or you can make the donkey dick removable in the same way a trampoline frame goes together. have the DD have a smaller section that fits into the end of the down.

It was more a question of is that 2 repetitive. At least the down could be used as a flat rail to change things up but the donkey would stay a down. (Couldn't make it an up rail but single tube ups are kind meh)


Was planning on making the one into a c, but I would need some loot to get it bent. Not much much still.


I also don't want to cut it up. I have 2 nice clean tubes and I want to do something with it at that length.

Going to probably do a flat bar order at some place and make some various things like a frame, flat down etc.


Other wise, without chopping it up there's not much I can do with it. Could do a single tube flat down and that's about it.

you should make a down flat rail, so that if you wanted to, you could connect them to make other rail combos

I really want a DF and a FD rail. With a nice 8-10 flat and a long down.


Probably going to wait for a flat bar order though. I'd rather do both or either in flat bar than single tube.

Also looks like I'll probably be building a c with the one tube as I originally planned and doing the non donkey'd down rail with the other.

I wish we had some snowmaking tube around. Going to keep searching. Seriously would be PRIME. If they put in any additional lines in the future, and I'm still around I'm going to snag some of it up.

Nah. Might do an urban down c eventually, I've thought about it. Just trying to get all the bases covered to start.


Starting from nothing so kind of need to build some reasonable things. Got a 22 foot flatbar so far. Hoping to be able to do a flatbar order not too long down the road and maybe get an a frame, flat down, maybe even dfd. The maybe start getting some wild shit.


Only reason why I was gonna do the donkey was It'd be fun as hell and I don't want to cut the 2 lengths up when I'm donating it and building it into something for free. At least with the c there's some variety. It was a pain in the ass for me to get the steel in those lengths when I was younger so cutting it up just seemed wrong.
