looks like you pretty much have them down... try to take off with a good stance and not just swing you upper body because it will throw you off balance. Just come in with good stance, pop, and keep your head locked to the side looking wear you want to go. I have found that takeoff stance determines whether you will be balanced in the air which will determine how easy it is to stomp the landing
You're doing well. When you get to the lip, make sure that your knees are bent and your shins are pressed against the front of your boot. This helps you stay level.
Also, make sure you don't look down. Relax your shoulders and don't strain your head to spot your landing. You will see it eventually.
when you pop, pop forward so the jump doesnt throw you back. And it's always easier for me to go for a grab. It keeps me more balanced so maybe try that too
