the old film effect at the beginning was driving me nuts. why shoot with a sweet camera in amazing quality and then botch the whole thing?

aside from that, the skiing was unreal. the nose press nollie to fence tranny thing blew my mind.

When I first heard Henriks song i was like lol wut??? By the END I WAS SO FUCKING AMPEEEDDDD GNARRRRRRRRRR. his part was too sick.

and honestly phil and henrik prove they are the king of tranny yet again. no offense to b paul he's a dope skier, but i felt like watching him on those tree runs was like watching any other decent skier. then phil and henrik come in and all of the sudden it's somehow creative and interesting to watch.

i can't stand the editing. finally i see good shots of phil doing dubs. his slide up the bonk to nose butter 180 to drop was nuts. tree runs were really boring and i'm not liking the whole tranny out of everything trend. why doesn't anyone do big drops or cool urban jumps anymore? nipwitz are the only ones i see doing them. nosebutter dubs are always the illest.

i really wish the episodes were shot and edited cleaner, i'd get way more stoked. the filters and intense shaky cam don't do it for me.

I feel like skiing has always been progressive, but there was this plateau for a little while, and now everything is bonkers. There's more integration of different types of features like cannons and trannys.


The pros are throwing down this year.
