I am so insanely impressed with my One Lifes. Due to some problems with my bindings, I haven't been able to ride my 94mm underfoot Morphic's yet (was planning on using them as my everyday ski) and have been on One Lifes every ski day. They have seen icy groomers, pow days, chopped up pow, crud, mashed potatoes, and bumps. They do pow and crud so well, and I am surprised at how well they handle groomers and bumps. In tight, big bumps they are a bit much, especially in a 189, and on icy groomers they get squirrely, but they are still manageable if you just really lay into your turns and keep your edges sharp.
The bases are a bit slow in the flats and they are a bit heavy in the hand, but otherwise they are great. The bases have taken a beating scratching rocks and branches, but the extruded bases have shown their advantages durability-wise. The only real damage was from hard a landing on many sharp, big rocks, and I mean really devastating suckers, the kind that could easily ruin a ski. The bases were gouged in one spot, NOT torn out. They were easily repaired with a ptex candle and after a very, very cold day, the repaired material did not pop out.
These skis are a very good option for an everyday ski, especially for an area like Summit County which has quite variable conditions throughout the season. And for the $250 I paid for them new they are a super great value.
