I've been a pretty light smoker for about 3 years now (light meaning about 4 cigs a week), but when I try to stop, I keep going back. I don't want to quit with nicotine, cause thats just replacing one with another. Just wanting some feedback on quitting, like methods that worked? I know I could have looked it up, but I want to hear it from you guys. Appreciate it! +k for good answers
