Premiere cs6 glitching/rendering issues

So in premiere cs6 sometimes when i mess with a clip a bit part of it will lag or play a frame twice or flash black and i wont be able to render a certain part of the clip, this is really really frustrating and happens to me quite often. I am running the program on a 2010 refurbed MB which could be contributing to this problem, but any advice? Has this happened to anyone before? This shit never happened to me when i was using FCP

No idea. Maybe re-install the program?

Is your cs6 bootleged? trial version? what codec are you using? have you tried making a new timeline/project and fucking with the same clip?

Exact same thing happens to me. A frame from a previous clip flashes at then beginning or end of a following clip. I'm running a cracked version of the program. The glitches are not in the rendered video so its not a massive deal for me.

yes its the cracked trial version and im using h.264 files (not really sure what codec/is means, so i could be totally wrong on that answer) and yes ive tried sooo many things such as deleting the clip and restarting my computer and reuploading the clip and it will do the same shit.

You guys could both be using the same crack that makes it do this glitch. Have you tried taking any other footage (ie random video files form the internet, different codec than h264) and putting that into a new project? Maybe delete the crack file and replace it with a different one?
