actually, you can get very sick from doing that. as it will back up all the way and start letting toxins back into your system.

i know this because a friend of mine has like a two a year old daughter that refuses to poo, and his wife is a nurse who told me they're worried about that happening..

i have been experimenting with diet pretty heavily for the past few months and one this that i have concluded is that what we put in our mouths directly relates to the energy we have and the waste that we produce.
The more efficiently we process the foods we take in (this is subjective to each persons individual metabolic type) the more energy we have and the less waste we have. Sounds gross i know. think about it like this.. the cleaner the fuel the more able our bodies are to convert it to energy. the more processed our food the less able our bodies are process it as it passes through our digestive system.
Many people i know are beginning to correlate excess waste with decrease levels of energy after meals where foods are not ideal for their body's metabolic type

I saw an asian man shitting in a urinal once.  Hands on his knees, grunting and shit- I had to pee so bad but I could not even get close I was so uncomfortable.  I mean, there was even open stalls and everything.  No idea what his deal was.     

Fucked me up so bad, man.  I couldn't get the visual of us making eye contact out of my head for like a week at least.  Ugh.

No, more like the NS equivalent of a guy whose gf has control over name color, statuses, etc.  I started off blue, then Ash and Chris Mac changed it to pink to f with me.

op its probobly going to suck hard. u may want to get a butt plug or something to start reeming it out with. when i was on opiates for a bad broken bone i didnt shit for a week and when it came out it took an hour of the most painful pushing in my life i left a rock hard baseball shaped poo in the toilet and had to manpon it for a solid 4 days after. i could feel my pulse in my ass for days
