Print out a calendar and make a schedule down to the half hour of when you plan to study for each subject. that way you can allot 12 hours to one subject, 10 to another etc...
Don't always study in the same spot, rotate from library, student center, empty classroom...
a 15-30 minute good hard workout is always good to relieve stress during the week
eat healthy and drink water (always a good thing to do)
