It seems to me that the people who have the power to make these decisions are incredibly disconnected with the sport that they are trying to present to us.

Unless I'm mistaken guys, halfpipe finals are going to be on NBC Sports, so they're obviously not going to do a live webcast of the event if they have TV time in place for it.

This is all true.

However, it fucks over a ton of people who would love to watch it via live stream. ESPN hosts the X Games on TV and live stream, with the live stream offering continuous coverage as well as more in depth/behind the scene coverage that the TV doesn't air.

I think it's a weak decision on behalf of NBC/Dew Tour to not have all events airing via live stream.

Hope someone sets up a live stream on their own. I searched pretty hard for one before deciding to leave work and start my weekend early, now sitting at home watching with a beer in hand.

Terrible decision not to air everything with a live stream. Also sucks that these events are so early in the day, 2:09pm here in Washington state.

He has almost always deserved it imo, just saying it would be more interesting if someone else could win without Kevin bobbling. He got robbed on his first run yesterday though, wasn't clean but definitely better than 13th place...

Yeah, to me the most interesting part tonight is seeing if there are left-right dub 12 combos (Dorey just threw one, so that's a wrap) and if Tanner throws any dubs. He's got them so locked down on the tramp and he did do the dub flairs before he got injured.

As much as I wanted to see him podium, it wasn't much of a surprise with him never changing up his run.

this is seriously the worst and most disappointing coverage of a large sporting event I can think of. they really dropped the ball on this. At least have a live update on your website showing current standings. fuck.

Dorey is a true man...dislocates shoulder mid air, tries to put it back in on the way down the hill, gets all the way to the bottom and just puts it back in himself before medical can even get to him. Oh yeah...and he's in the lead...
