Replying to Setting my bindings help please!!

So I just got my first pair of skis i have ever owned.. I got K2 Press and some bindings on them for only 300 bucks and it was all new.

My question is do you guys adjust your bindings yourself? or should i take it to a shop to have em adjust it for me cause i have no clue how?

Also how do you do it? if you know of some tutorial thing that helped you please let me know i am willing to learn.

and if you guys have the k2 press how well do they run on groomers?
