Your Favorite Small or Unknown Ski Area?

Last season I got to ski a few places that I've never been.  Henrik, Phil and Inspired is touring to mostly small ski areas.  Do you have a hidden gem ski area?

Hoodoo in Sisters, Oregon.  Its only 20 minutes away from the town of Sisters, and has the only night skiing areound besides going to Mt. Hood

So you never know... But yeah I highly doubt it. Yeah I live in Granby, Adam and Theo are dope.

I live 30 minutes away from Wolf Creek, CO so its my home mountain. Absolutely love it and can show anyone the knooks and crannys around that area

Ski Sundown, CT but you've already been. Go to Woodbury. Everyone's like ewwwww woodbury you will get trampled by a cow there (it's near some farms) but it's a really sick setup. Their rope tow is right next to all the features so if you want to "hike" a feature, get of the rope tow, hit the feature, and get back on the rope tow right there. I was so tired after lapping but it is too much fun to quit.

Right now there is a trail that runs from Pico to Killington that was built a few years back. It is not an official trail and is not on the map it is mostly used to bring equipment back and forth between the two mountains, There is also a sewer line and maybe some snowmaking lines that run on this trail. It is possible to ski from Pico to Killington on it if you cut through some trees on the bottom. There has been no official talk of the connection in the past few years. I could see Powdr corp finishing it after they complete a few project on the killington side (Finish new peak lodge, new high speed quad at snowdon and replacing the SRT). I bet it happens in the next 5 to 10 years.

As for who ever mentioned lapping outpost on a pow day, that was sick back in the day. Unfortunately they took down the outpost chair and it has not been replaced. Right now its a 2 min hike to get to the top of the old chair so it gets even less traffic. You can get freshies over in that area for days now since no one wants to put a bit of effort in to get up there. I almost like it better without the chair.

Moonlight Basin. Not sure this is small, but it is overshadowed by Big Sky. Lines off the "Headwaters" are epic when accessible.

Ha ha... I can't believe some people hailed up Shawnee Peak in Maine.  I grew up skiing there back in the Pleasant Mountain days.  I love it.  Big Up the Shawnee Peak crew.
