Hows brecks park?

going to either breck or keystone this weekend, whats brecks park like? heard they have jumps, and heard from someone like a week ago that you had to hike the park. so what do they have set up? and can you lap with the lift?

i heard they were blowing snow for dew tour so keystone is better atm

Breck has 2 jumps and no rails, because they have been so focused on getting dew tour ready, and they don't have much more water available to blow snow. Key is killing it right now with a triple line and a ton of rails. Go there.

This is a common misconception and I've heard it flying around like crazy lately, however, it's simply not true. They are not going to run out of water and they will not be forced to stop making snow as the result of some sort of national forest service restriction. They have been solely focused on preparing for Dew though, so Park Lane will be practically non-existent until that event passes...

all he was saying was they are focusing their snowmaking capacity to the dew course build. not that they are running out or forced to stop.

Right on. In either case, the rumor that they won't be able to make snow much longer has been flying around town like crazy lately, not sure where that came from... I think people are just freaking out because of the lack of a winter so far.
