Leaving ski boots in bindings

I searched, couldn't find anything, is leaving your ski boots in your bindings for storage, something that can cause damage or whatever?
Basically the room i live in right now is tiny, i have my skis on my walls, and it would save space to just have my boots in my skis all the time.

you wouldnt be able to put the skis together because your brakes would be up. other than that, i cant think of any reason why it might be bad. maybe loosen the forward pressure a bit when youre storing them so there isnt as much tension?

maybe it would put weight on the ski for a long time and change the shape somehow? idk, maybe it wouldnt but it would depend on the position you would store them in

I don't think it would cause any problems. Make sure that your DIN settings are really low as to not wear out the springs, and don't have the skis in a position where the boots would torque the ski in any way. (i.e.: Vertical leaning against the wall.) have them more horizontal, and you should be fine.
