thanks for the tip, i actually might got on getting one cus i want something that someone lazy can do quickly, every day, and stay in shape for skiing and skating.
lol. you will not get strong, you will not get muscelzzz, and you will be even stupider than the guy who bikes to the gym so he can workout on the stationary bike.
False. Anything that has the word "machine" in it is not comprehensive. I like cable rows as much as the next guy but you would get a much more beneficial workout simply doing wide-grip pull-ups, dumbell rows and dead lifts.
He's probably talking about an ergometer like the C2 rowing machine. It is a great tool for conditioning but will not do anything for muscle growth/strength.
indeed i am but does do something for muscle growth. as i already said, it won't get you huge but there is definite muscle development. although if i work out it's not to have bowling balls sticking out of my arms so i guess my views are a little different.
