Can someone resize this .GIF?

I tried this in PS CS6 but I couldn't get it under 8k without it looking awful. Does Someone want to make this 50x50 for an Icon for me? It would be much appreciated. And, pretty obvious, it has to be under 8k too.

it's hard to get gif's down to size

Its becuase they add together the size of each frame. So a .gif is all of the .jpg files added together.

You can only compress it if you make less stuff move.
