The North Face Park and Pipe Open Athlete Roster

Hey everyone,

The first stop of The North Face Park and Pipe Open Series (which also happens to be the first halfpipe contest of the 2012/2013 season in North America) takes place this weekend at Copper Mountain, and I wanted to pass along the list of athletes who will be competing, because it's STACKED!

Included in this list is almost all of the top competitive female freeskiers, the entire Canadian Halfpipe Ski Team, all four Wells brothers, and competing in his first halfpipe contest in the US in close to four years, Tanner Hall.

That's going to be interesting to watch. I'll follow it very closely for my FFL haha. I'm especially curious to see how Tanner does compared to the rest of the field. I hope the conditions will be good for a sick showdown !

He tore BOTH ACL's at practice session of last yrs Ashen X:(.

People missing due to knee injuries include Dumont, Rolland, Perkins, and TYW w/ shoulder recovery. They'll more than likely all missing the Dew as well! Good year for others competing in pipe.

Riddle's second "safety" run was way sicker than his first run. Pretty much all switch 5s and 7s.

Yeah, it was top 4 from the 3 heats plus the next 4 highest scores. It ended up being the same as the top 16 scores unless I messed something up.
