Replying to Doctors or pre-med majors i need some deciphering

Buddy can view his MRI results online before his appt tomorrow. We have a general idea what this means, but if someone could put this into simple-folk-speak that'd be awesome. thanks!

1. Intact rotator cuff with tendinopathy supraspinatus, infraspinatus and Subscapularis.
2. Minimal partial subluxation biceps tendon superiorly into the substance of subscapularis.
3. Interval increasing degenerative appearance to the glenoid labrum specifically along the very far superior posterior labrum posterior to the biceps labral anchor and in the mid to inferior anterior labrum with new intrasubstance extensive degenerative change and tearing although displaced
labral tissue is not identified. There is new focal fluid undercutting the anterior superior labrum at the anterior biceps labral anchor. This does not extend posteriorly.
4. Degenerative changes AC joint with lateral downsloped marked anterior tilt type I acromion impressing bursal aspect rotator cuff.
5. Minimal joint effusion.
6. Cystic degenerative changes posterior superior lateral humeral head and bone anchor identified bony glenoid.
