What I have now: T2i + 18-50 2.8-4 + 50mm 1.8 + 55-250 (and a 28mm 1.9 from tijmen dal). I'm looking to get another lens to get some better wide angle shots. My friend has a tamron 10-24 UWA, which I've used and worked fine, but I need to get my own. Right now I'm looking at the rokinon 8mm fisheye and the 14mm 2.8, and possible the 11-16. I think the 8mm is probably going to be too wide for me (when I used the 10-24 I usually had it at 12 ish but sometimes zoomed it in to 16-18). I'm not sure about the image quality on the 14 2.8, and I'm kind of resistant to buying a prime wide angle, since I like the zoom capability. I heard rokinon is going to release a 10mm lens soon, but I'm not sure what its going to be priced and how good it will be. I'm on a pretty tight budget so the 11-16 is probably out of my price range (unless I save up for a long time, like till june, but I'd like to use it this season). Are there any other lenses I should consider? My 18-50 is pretty good for most situations but sometimes I look for something a bit wider. I imagine most people will say the 11-16 is best, and is definitely worth the money, but I really don't think I can afford it, unless I get a really good deal on it or save up for a long time.
Is the 8mm or 14mm even worth buying? Or should I just use the 18mm and wait until next season?
