Another issue with this is that I can't sleep through the night. If I eat a full meal right before bed at around 11pm, I always wake up starving between 5-6:30am and I really have no appetite at 5 in the morning, but my belly needs nourishment.
I have a pretty comfortable BMI I guess, I'm about 6'1" and 170lbs but I'm a little on the skinny side. I'm just really sick of having to eat all the time, it's lost all pleasure unless I get stoney baloney first, and even then sometimes I don't feel like eating.
So is there a way of eating so that I can slow myself down? Like eating bigger portions less times per day? I'm also very active usually. I run long distance in the spring/summer/fall and I'm on the hill all winter.
and no I haven't been to a doctor or nutritionist but I'm thinking about it.
