Can I Sew With 100% Polyester?

New here! Title says it all.Can I make a hoodie with 100% polyester, like "Blizzard Fleece" or "Anti Pill Fleece" and all that? Or do I have to use the sweatshirt fleece fabric? Just wondering what the difference would be. What do you think?

You can make the sweatshirt with whatever you feel like I've used blizzard fleece and it's fine
