After the gym we used to use (which was a total free for all, health and safety death-trap) closed down, our snowsports club has started training with the trampolining club at the university. We had our first session the other week, and from what I learned it they fucking love sticking their hands and keeping their legs straight. If we differ from this technique the coaches have a go at us, which isn't exactly conducive to a skiing style.
I guess I just want to know what I should take from the training to benefit my skiing, and if there is actually any point in keeping at it, other than to keep core strength up?
