When trying to export out of After Effects i do not have the options to export in any ProRes formats(422(HQ), 422(LT), ect) I could export in ProRes when i used CS5 and i know that all the ProRes' are installed on my computer because Premiere and 5DtoGRB use them.
Any idea what's wrong, i have googled but couldn't find much.

You have to select quicktime then you go into another menu and then it had codec options. you should be able to set it to any prores, i always export 422lt out of AE.

You should see a little highlighted word called "lossless" if you click on that you it has a standard preset to export in Animation but just hit the drop down and all your codecs will be right there for ya

If you're not seeing the options like Heath explained, you can workaround it by rendering through Adobe Media Encoder. Either use File > Add After Effects Composition or just drag your comp into AME. If Premiere is giving you a ProRes option, AME will too.
