Its definatley a salomon sty driver toe it almost looks like a 12 on the side but idk

Driver style bindings can be distinguished by the toe piece. Nothing to do with looking like plastic or not. OP's binding has the driver style toe, and I'm guessing they are STH12's because their graphics look identical to mine.

arent the drivers toe's supposed to be full metal?

The only Salomon toes that are "full metal" are the 920/916s and the Steels.  It looks a lot different and weighs a lot more than the toe on the STH.

No. The only full metal binding is the 920 Steel. No STH/FFG is full metal. The heel tray is steel, but not the entire heel housing. And the post of the toe in the 16 is metal, but not in the 14 nor 12.
